Floor & Window Covering Connection sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have provided their mobile number and consent. Messages include estimate follow-ups, appointment scheduling and reminders, installation updates, and occasional promotions.

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our estimate request form, by providing your mobile number in person or over the phone and agreeing to texts, or by texting us first. Consent is never required to purchase goods or services from us, and we do not add numbers obtained from any third-party list.

Sample consent language used on our form: "By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from Floor & Window Covering Connection about my estimate, appointments, and offers at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help."

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
